At Applewood Pointe of Bloomington at Valley West, your voice matters. This unique co-op community is 100-percent resident member-owned. Once United Properties has completed development of a cooperative community and all the homes have been sold, complete ownership is transferred to the resident members. From that point on, all changes to community policies, amenities and more are decided by a board of resident-elected community members.
This is a community for those who wish to live vibrantly, freed from the everyday burdens that come with traditional home ownership, but who still want to grow equity and own their home.
